We manually track sale dates for each event — monitoring official ticket pages, club announcements, and federation websites. When a date is confirmed we add it to our system, which then sends alerts at the right time.
Yes. The free plan gives you the weekly digest and email alerts with no credit card required. Pro adds SMS alerts and more reminder types for €7/month.
One digest every Monday. Beyond that, only when something is about to happen for an event you've selected — a day before a sale opens, or an hour before. We don't send anything unless it's relevant.
Yes — log in at any time via the link in any email and update your preferences. Changes take effect immediately.
We update our database when dates change and the next digest will reflect the new date. If the change is close to the original date we'll flag it explicitly.
Every email has a link to your preferences page where you can turn off all notifications or delete your account entirely. No hoops to jump through.
